Acting as a single point of contact, our Project Managers provide clear communication, programme control, and coordinated delivery from design through to installation.

They work closely with main contractors, design teams, and site management to ensure scope, specification, and sequencing remain aligned with the agreed programme and budget. Potential issues are identified early, resolved practically, and managed without disruption to the wider project.

Our approach is aligned with BSR Gateway expectations and Higher-Risk Building (HRB) requirements, embedding fire safety, traceability, and compliance into each stage of delivery.

With a focus on planning accuracy, transparency, and collaboration, Wiltech ensures every balcony, steelwork, or metalwork package is delivered on time, on budget, and ready for approval.
