Our process begins early — often before construction drawings — allowing us to spot coordination challenges, suggest value-engineered alternatives, and streamline the path to fabrication. This proactive approach reduces delays, minimises rework, and helps projects stay on track.

We collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and main contractors, producing full 3D models, fabrication drawings, and connection details using Autodesk Advance Steel. Every component is modelled with offsite manufacturing precision to ensure clean integration with onsite install.

Compliance is embedded in every design. We work to all relevant UK regulations and British Standards — including BS EN 1090, BS EN 13501-1, and BS 8579:2020 — with designs structured to support approval under BSR Gateway requirements for Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs).
