Installation is the final stage of Wiltech’s end-to-end balcony delivery service, carried out
by experienced teams with a strong focus on safety, precision, and programme control.

Our installation crews are led by qualified steel erectors and supervisors holding
SMSTS and SSSTS certification, operating in full alignment with current UK
construction standards and site requirements.

We work closely with main contractors, site managers, and health & safety teams
to ensure each balcony is installed safely, accurately, and in accordance with the approved
specification and programme.

From individual units to large-scale phased developments, our teams install modular balcony
systems efficiently and with minimal disruption, supporting
BSR Gateway requirements and critical delivery milestones for
Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs).

As a CHAS and SMAS-accredited contractor, Wiltech maintains robust health and safety
standards across all sites, with ongoing training in lifting operations, working at height,
and safe installation practices.

This proactive, risk-aware approach ensures every installation is completed reliably, safely,
and ready for final approval.
