Wiltech Engineering delivered the full metalwork package for Barratt Homes on Phases 1 and 2 at Barrier Park East in London E14. The project combined functionality and architectural detailing, featuring bespoke balcony systems, gates, balustrades, and laser-cut feature panels that enhance the identity of the development.

Finished in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey with contrasting RAL 9016 Traffic White balcony panels, the scheme achieves a balanced, modern look that complements the brick façade and overall design intent.

Our scope included:

• Design, fabrication, and installation of cantilevered balcony systems

• Supply and installation of laser-cut architectural feature panels and privacy screens

• Fabrication of mild steel balustrades, gates, and access elements

• Powder-coated finishes to RAL specification for long-term durability and corrosion protection

• Full coordination with Barratt Homes’ design and site teams to ensure quality and consistency across multiple phases

The result is a striking, durable metalwork package that blends aesthetic design with structural integrity, contributing to the high-quality visual character of the Barrier Park East development.
