The project features a series of elegant cantilevered balconies designed to blend seamlessly with the building’s striking façade and contemporary architectural style.

Each balcony incorporates a frameless glass balustrade system supported by precision-fabricated steel frames, providing residents with unobstructed views and a clean minimalist aesthetic. The design required high attention to detail to achieve the desired visual lightness while maintaining structural strength and compliance with the latest building safety standards.
