Wiltech Engineering delivered the complete steelwork and metalwork package for Bellway Homes at Belvedere Park in South East London. The project features a coordinated design of mild steel galvanised balconies and building-mounted grating panels, achieving a consistent and durable architectural finish throughout the development.

The balconies were constructed from hot-dip galvanised mild steel with open grating infill panels and hardwood timber top rails, providing both strength and visual warmth. The open grating design ensures excellent drainage and longevity, while the timber detail adds a refined architectural touch that complements the surrounding brick façades.

Our scope included:

• Design, fabrication, and installation of galvanised mild steel balcony structures

• Fabrication and fitting of grating infill panels to balconies and building façades

• Integration of hardwood timber top rails for a contrasting natural finish

• Supply and installation of building-mounted grating screens to enhance ventilation and visual continuity

• Full UKCA-accredited manufacturing and installation to meet safety and performance standards
