Wiltech Engineering delivered the full steelwork and metalwork packages for Crest Nicholson on Phases 2–4 of the Ingress Park development in Greenhithe. This large-scale residential scheme required precision fabrication and installation to meet the architectural and structural standards of a premium waterfront project.

The works included a combination of cantilevered and stacked balconies, each designed to provide strength, safety, and long-term durability. The balconies feature mild steel frames finished in a high-quality powder-coated system with toughened glass infill panels, offering a clean and contemporary look that complements the surrounding architecture.

Our scope included:

• Design, fabrication, and installation of mild steel balcony structures

• Supply and fitting of cantilevered and stacked balcony systems

• Integration of glass infill panels and balustrades for a modern aesthetic

• Powder-coated finishes to RAL specification ensuring long-term corrosion resistance
